Bought a new cable today. There was 2 on the hanger which I thought was the same product. The packaging very similar. But alas. I bought the wrong one. When I went back to exchange I discovered the one I needed was twice the price of the one I was exchanging. I was fine with that but pleasantly surprised when the exchange was easy and I was sold my new cable at the same price as the one I was exchanging. Now, that’s customer service. Thanks Best Buy.
