  I got haircut here today and the first thing out of my mouth was that i want and even straight cut but clearly i wasn't heard because I have a giant V when i push all my hair all back. I grew my hair for a year. I am so sad i nearly cried when i examined it at home. I cant even ask to straighten the cut because my hair will only get shorter. I am so mad and i cant believe i paid 50$ for all this. Never again i am beyond livid. My hair looks identical to the poster "K T" down below. I hate that i didn't read these before and would have avoid this place... and Chatters in general to be honest. EDIT: A great woman from head office got in touch with me and offered a few different solutions to resolve the issue and I have to say she was incredibly lovely. I am willing to try Chatters again in the future because of the wonderful way she dealt with me. The customer service here is just excellent! Thank you for caring! :)
