  My wife had boughten a Matt and Natt diaper bag a couple of months before our son was born. A few months after we had our precious son, my wife started to complain that the zipper on her bag wouldn't close. After further inspection it was broken and would not stay zipped up. We were heading out of town and we stopped in to Ella Bella to pick up a few things. My wife had the bag with her and mentioned the broken zipper to the clerk, without hesitation the clerk, called the owner and they switched the broken bag for a new bag for her on the spot...I was very surprised at how seamless and stress free they made the whole process. We were both truly in disbelief. Top notch customer service!
