  We came in this evening at 8:30, and were greeted and helped by Sunny. Just wanted to give mad props to this employee and his superior customer service skills. Despite us telling him that we could come back tomorrow (because it was past closing time), Sunny told us that he was more than happy to help. His conversational skills were superior, and he was a genuinely nice person. Congrats Fido for hiring such a fantastic representative for your company. We were considering switching providers, but Sunny definitely helped my decision to stay. Dude needs a raise!

  Awesome service! Even asking about cancelling my plan he was super straight up had all the info I needed and told me what was worth doing and what wasn't, ask for sunny 5 stars all around
