  I kept going back to this location, but not anymore!! Went in for lumber: Couldn't find an associate in that specific area (looked and waited around for over 6-7 minutes or so). The associates I did see, made sure not to make eye contact just in case I would have asked for help!! Turned out, there was no one working in that dept at that time; and of all the other staff in the store, not one knew how to use the cutting machine. I kid you not!! Waste of time & energy that evening... Went in for specific paint: The store was a ghost town, once again!! (Besides the few glum faces up front). Walked the aisles a few times looking for someone to mix the paint. Didn't happen. Had to go the front to ask for someone. A paint associate was paged, but didn't show up to the paint counter for a good 5-6 minutes later. Service was blah, but got my paint. Just off the phone with the store: Thought I'd call ahead this time, just to be clear that what I wanted was going to be possible.... Well, after a patient 8 1/2 minute wait and multiple holds later, I was hung up on!! I called back with a vengeance, but it was I who received major attitude from the lady answering the phone!! All in all, I have to say , that I've only ever received good customer service from the manager himself. Every other time has been a joke. Never going to this location again, unless I want to waste my time and energy walking an store!!
