Started using this Kal Tire location for a couple of years due to its location, close to the mall and transit. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and constantly goes above and beyond for me. We get all of our mechanical work done at Kal Tire I trust the work they do and they only replace what needs replacing. They have excellent warranty on parts and services at reasonable prices. Recently the alternator in our car went after hours, used the key drop and was phoned in the morning, my car was ready to go before I was finished work.

I would be happy to review my experience however I never visited this store. I did go to home depot across the street. This review request just appeared on my phone. I gave it 1 star because i had to enter something not due to poor service.
