  Every time we have visited the item we are looking for is not in stock. When we find someone to help they tell us they have no idea when they will have it in stock. A month ago we bought a dishwasher. We were told we could pick it up the next day. Arrived at 930am and were advised that there was no dishwasher for us. Told them that the ONLY reason we bought from them was that they assured us we could pick it up the next day. Finally the Manager gave us someone else's dishwasher instead of refunding our money.

  When this lowes first open, the service and store was was amazing, I mean I built my house using all their products because it was so good. I'm not sure if there is a new manager or something but customer service and knowledge of product have taken a back seat . And there is always allot of staff. My experience yesterday trying to be a bypass humidifier was the last straw. I went in twice trying to get help and ask questions, and then I finally found someone and they told me they had no idea, but they would go get someone who could help. after waiting for 10 minutes. I had to go the the help desk in the department, I stood there for 5 minute and did not even get acknowledged while the two clerks talked back and forth. I ended up leaving as they did not even try to help. I have spent a fortune there and will not return and either should you.
