We just purchased a second Fireplace from Mr Fireplace, we had excellent service with our first fireplace and this one as well. They have excellent customer service and their sales reps are very knowledgeable about their products and had great advice. They answered all of my questions and were more than willing to have me call them at any time for further questions. We also found their installers knowledgeable and helpful. We will certainly recommend them to anyone that we know. Thank-you:)
