  Worst. Paint. Store. Ever. I have used this store for years and never been very happy with the slow service - 30 minutes minimum and often longer. But after shopping there four times in a week (painting my whole upstairs), I will not be returning. Thursday: The first time, I arrived on a Thursday morning at 11, the store was empty and closed up. No explanation even though it was normal business hours. Saturday: I went back on Saturday and was told the person in charge had gone to get gas and the junior clerk could not help me with colour-matching. Monday: On Monday when I arrived, the clerk had left her friend (!) in charge of the store while she went to get coffee. Apparently she was working alone and had not planned adequately to bring snacks, lunch or drinks. Wednesday: On Wednesday when I arrived, the clerk was in the back alley watching someone fix her flat tire, leaving the store unsupervised. When I finally got her attention, turned out they were out of the quart-sized paint product I needed. (poor planning again) She offered to sell me the more expensive one but refused to give it to me at the price of the product I actually wanted. I will NEVER shop here again. The Brentwood Benjamin Moore is more inconvenient for me to drive to, but the store is well-managed and I never wait more than 10 minutes!!! By the way, apparently the Brentwood store gets complaints about Crowfoot EVERY DAY. They are separate franchises.
