  There were three sale associates. They were all sitting and chatting, lounging away I don't need VIP treatment or special pampering But I do think it is a curtosy to stand and greet a consumer when they enter. When I entered they didn't even flinch It felt as if they were scanning me to see if I was someone who they thought would actually commit to buy something I entered from the other side of the store from where they were sitting but it was not until I was crossing them there spoke... "Are you looking for anything specific? " in a very unwelcoming tone Although I was out to look for an engagement ring, I said "I'm just looking" (because I felt u welcomed and did not really want to deal with their poor service) They didn't even hesitate to go back to their chit chatter, saying Like "ughhh 1. 5 hrs to go..." This was Tuesday, Dec 5th around 7 30 pm. I hope the manager reads this an talks to the sale associates that were working there at that time... Just so disappointing... Made me feel like I didn't want to buy my ring at People's

  I've visited this location on a couple of different occasions over the years and I am here to report that the service remains abhorrent as ever. If you are lucky to get help at all, (despite the three or four staff that they have on, in an otherwise quiet store), expect to receive poor product knowledge and zero service. My husband had received a watch as a gift, which was purchased here. Stopped by to have it sized. Took nearly twenty minutes to even be acknowledged. After a bit of back and forth and uncertainty, the two associates told us they couldn't size it for him and that we should try another place in the mall. They could not figure out how to operate some of the functions or set the watch... We gave up. Visited a couple of other places in the mall to at least have the sizing done. Turns out most places charge for it. Oh well! Money well spent to have it done right with much better service and a smile! You can bet that had it not been a gift, it would be getting returned instead.
