  My boyfriend ordered and paid for flowers on February 13 to be delivered that day. The day before Valentine's Day. They said they would be delivered between 6-8. They were not delivered. The next day he called and asked when they were going to be delivered. They said the arrangement is on the truck right now, it will be delivered today. We cannot say a time for sure as it is Valentine's day but they will be delivered today. They were not delivered. He called once at 8pm and waited on hold for 40 minutes. Then when they finally answered they said that they are being delivered. He called them back right before they closed at 10 and they said they are still being delivered. They said they are on the truck and no matter what they will be delivered tonight. This was supposed to be a surprise for me but he had to give me a heads up that flowers were being delivered that night. So i'm up waiting at 11pm for someone to deliver flowers. WHO delivers flowers at 11 o'clock at night. So no flowers showed up despite me waiting up for the flowers. Fast forward to the next day, he calls again. They said the delivery guy was there just before 11, he knocked and no one answered. I purposely stayed up and watched for flowers to be delivered. No one knocked on my door. So eventually, TWO days late, the flowers show up in the middle of the day. A day after Valentine's day I got my flowers. He paid good money for these, to get flowers delivered 2 days later and terrible customer service. Do not get your flowers from this shop. You'll regret it.
