  6 motorcycles in 11 years for myself and my wife. I have never had a single issue. I would love to tell you a special person but they are all excellent. Service is honest and on time, Sales is easy to work with and spends time guiding you, finance isn't about the up-sell its about what works for you, and I have not been able to stump parts yet. The manager actually cares about the team and the clients.

  I called Rocky Honda regarding a snowblower with the winter we are having. They informed me that they were out of stock, but more were arriving. Mike in sales let me know that it had arrived and when I went to the store it was ready. Now here is the great part...It would not fit into my vehicle so Jason Green offered to deliver it to my house on the spot. Once we arrived at my house he even showed me how it works. Excellent customer service!!!

  They went the extra mile for me on several occasions, so they get five stars. Most recently I had them mount a tire on a freshly painted rim and anyone who's ever tried that knows that it's a recipe for chipped paint and heartaches - it's a tall order at the best of times. Whoever did the job must have been an actual wizard because it came back (that same day) looking absolutely perfect. That not only takes finesse, but also shows a lot of attention and care with their work - things that dealership service departments aren't necessarily known for Also their parts guys are super knowledgeable. Tough to stump 'em, even if you're looking for weird parts for a knackered old 80's bike. Orders arrive super fast too. They even went so far as to help my wife nail the perfect Christmas surprise (a motorcycle battery) Always a good experience as far as I'm concerned
