  Terrible customer service. Walked around for 10 minutes looking for help and sales people ignore you. I walked up to two girl associates and asked for help and their answer was “not my department” and walked away to chat some more. Whoever the manager is of this location is doing a poor job and staff does not care. I walked out and went to Hockey Life where service is excellent

  What a joke, i do an online in store order of a Bike, i get a phone call saying the bike is ready, but it has a scratch and was a return. I ask why it was returned, and why its used if i ordered new and was told the previous customer was just picky, its only a small scratch. So i ask for a discount as the bike is not in "New" condition, i am told take it or leave it, i ask for him to speak to a manager. The Managers solution is to offer $30 off, but now the bike is final sale if i take it. Keep your bike, and get some lessons in customer service.
