  The women taking my order clearly did not want to be working, wouldn't look at me and didn't listen when I said I wanted to pay cash. Very infrequently. I asked for a lactate chai which she didn't write down and got a regular one which I cannot have, and I very clearly said a white hot chocolate but instead got a white mocha. She had repeated it back to me but wrote down the wrong thing on a cup which I didn't realize until I got home. Ended up having to throw it out. Felt like a huge waste of my money.
