Not specifically this location, but virgin mobile in general is absolutely the worst cell phone company. I got back from volunteering in Madagascar for a month and they surprised me with a bill of over $2,500.00... Their app didn't let me view my usage, so I had no idea this bill was coming. I've only been back now for 2 weeks and they completely cut off my service. So much for customer care.
