- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-02, by Philip MaiI needed my Movado watch serviced as the strap is starting to peel. In my warranty booklet as well as online, it lists People's as a location I can go to for this. The sales rep that I talked to didn't seem to know anything about anything and told me they couldn't service my watch. I guess if they're not getting a sale, customers aren't worth their effort? Don't go here for jewellery.
