  Terrible, rude service at the hands of an employee by the name of "Tysen", I believe. (A caucasion male around 25-30yrs, red short hair, hipster-looking glasses with black rims on the top. He was on shift to be rude to me at 11:15 am on January 21, 2014. I had done my research, already set to purchase a phone and a plan with Virgin. Until I met Tysen. He was rude and insulting to me. He refused to provide any guidance to me regarding what plan would best suit my needs. He was condescending and rude regarding my lack of knowledge regarding data usage and other features. Virgin lost my contract because of Tysen.
